1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using LimosPro's website, mobile applications, or chauffeur and limousine services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1.1 Scope of Services

LimosPro provides premium ground transportation including airport transfers, hourly chauffeur hire, city-to-city travel, and corporate and event services. Service availability may vary by region and vehicle type.

1.2 Definitions

"Booking" means a reservation for a trip; "Client" or "you" means the person making the booking or receiving the service; "We" or "LimosPro" means the service provider. "Trip" means a single journey from pickup to drop-off as specified in the booking.

2. Bookings & Confirmation

A booking is confirmed when you receive a confirmation (email or in-app). You must provide accurate pickup and drop-off details, passenger count, and contact information. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel bookings that violate these terms or pose safety concerns.

2.1 Payment

Payment terms are as stated at the time of booking. We accept major credit cards and other methods as displayed. Prices may include base fare, waiting time, tolls, and gratuity where applicable. You are responsible for any additional charges (e.g. extra stops) not included in the quoted price.

2.2 Cancellation & No-Show

Cancellation policies vary by service and timing. Cancellations must be made in accordance with the policy stated at booking. No-shows may result in full or partial charges. We will communicate specific cancellation terms at the time of reservation.

2.3 Changes to Bookings

Changes to date, time, or route may be subject to availability and possible price adjustments. Contact our team as soon as possible to modify a booking.

3. Service Conduct

Clients and passengers must behave in a lawful and respectful manner. Smoking, consumption of alcohol where prohibited, and any illegal activity in the vehicle are not permitted. We may terminate the trip without refund if conduct endangers the chauffeur, vehicle, or others.

3.1 Limitation of Liability

LimosPro is not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control (e.g. severe weather, road closures, accidents). Our liability for direct damages is limited to the amount paid for the affected trip, except where law requires otherwise.

3.2 Lost Property

We are not responsible for items left in the vehicle. If you leave something behind, contact us promptly; we will make reasonable efforts to return found items, subject to any applicable handling fees.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and apps (logos, text, images, software) is owned by LimosPro or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, modify, or use our branding without written permission.

4.1 Amendments

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The current version will be posted on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
